How to open a crisp packet in China.

Now you might wonder why I am posting this, as the answer would seem to be simple.  You do it the same way as you do in England or wherever you are.  Unfortunately that is not the right answer, and I only discovered the right answer by chance when I saw one of the pupils do it in school!  It has taken me six months to realise this!  The first thing you need to know is that crisp packets apear to be the same, but seem to be filled rather more full of 'air'.  I thought it would be simple, grab them at either side at the top and pull the sides apart.  Oh no!  not with these crisp packets, its like they have been welded together!  They will not pull apart.  So I always took the easy option.  I took out my little Swiss army knife and cut the top off the packet.  Solved.  But then, yesterday, I saw a pupil do open a packet of crisps without the aid of a knife, or any other industrial equipment.  They bit the packet just below the seal at the top and ripped the packet longways!  I tried it it works!  See below!
